Per evitare spiacevoli malintesi vi invitiamo a leggere con attenzione

Le regole della casa sono nell’interesse di tutti (voi e noi compresi) affinchè tutti possano trascorrere serenamente e civilmente il periodo di permanenza presso parte della casa il piccolo principe a voi locata per scopi turistici.

Il regolamento si intende accettato e letto al momento dell’acconto del soggiorno.

  • Salvo diversi accordi il check in di casa il piccolo principe è previsto dalle ore 16 alle 18 del giorno di arrivo mentre il check out deve essere rigorosamente rispettato dalle ore 08 alle 10 del mattino.
  • Si deve esibire all’arrivo un valido documento di riconoscimento di tutti i componenti autorizzati dalla presente locazione a stare nell’immobile ai fini della loro registrazione;
  • Si effettua il pagamento all’arrivo presso la struttura, per intero ed in contanti o a mezzo bonifico bancario, essendo sprovvista questa struttura di pos. Verrà rilasciata ricevuta a norma di legge. Vi ricordiamo che siamo sottoposti a tassa di soggiorno di €1,00 a persona che andrà aggiunta al costo del pernotto.
  • Trattandosi di locazione turistica, questa struttura non può somministrare alimenti per cui non è prevista la colazione e non è altresì previsto il riassetto e la pulizia della camera durante il vostro soggiorno. È prevista a nostro carico la pulizia e sanificazione degli ambienti al vostro arrivo e alla vostra partenza e vi sarà fornito un solo cambio di biancheria settimanale quali lenzuola e asciugamani. La cucina dovrà essere consegnata a fine soggiorno pulita e con stoviglie lavate: diversamente vi sarà addebitato un costo accessorio per la pulizia della stessa pari a € 50,00.
  • Non siamo responsabili degli oggetti personali e valori lasciati incustoditi sia all’interno che all’esterno della stanza.
  • Utilizzare correttamente i servizi igienici w.c.,evitando di gettare quanto diverso dalla carta igienica negli appositi cestini.
  • È severamente vietato fumare all’interno di casa il piccolo principe , mentre è possibile farlo sui balconi o patio di pertinenza servendosi degli appositi posaceneri e prestando la massima attenzione a spegnerle .
  • Gli ospiti dovranno moderare il volume della tv e delle conversazioni; si raccomanda di evitare rumori molesti di qualsiasi natura e di rispettare il silenzio dalle ore 21,00 della sera alle ore 07,00 del mattino.
  • È molto importante accertarsi che il cancello padronale sia sempre ben chiuso.
  • È vietato introdurre qualsiasi tipo di animale all’interno delle abitazioni locate;
  • Non è consentito l’ingresso a persone diverse da quelle registrate e non è concesso fare festini di ogni genere;
  • Gli ospiti sono pregati di trattare con rispetto quanto messo a loro disposizione. L’uso improprio delle dotazioni ed eventuali danni, com’è naturale,dovranno essere risarciti.
  • E’ fatto obbligo di prestare attenzione a spegnere tutte le utenze domestiche,spegnere luci, televisore, condizionatore e altri impianti prima di andare a dormire o di uscire l’abitazione al fine di evitare eventuali incendi o spiacevoli inconvenienti.
  • E’ fatto obbligo agli ospiti, prima della partenza, di riconsegnare le chiavi dell’immobile direttamente al proprietario al fine di effettuare il check-out.

To avoid unpleasant misunderstandings, we invite you to read carefully

The rules of the house are in everyone's interest (including you and us) so that everyone can spend the period of stay peacefully and civilly in part of the Il Piccolo Principe house rented to you for tourist purposes.

The regulation is understood to be accepted and read at the time of the down payment of the stay.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, check-in at the little prince's house is scheduled from 16 to 18 on the day of arrival, while check-out must be strictly respected from 08 to 10 in the morning.
  • Upon arrival, a valid identification document must be shown for all the components authorized by this lease to stay in the building for the purposes of their registration;
  • Payment is made upon arrival at the facility, in full and in cash or by bank transfer, as this facility does not have a pos. A receipt will be issued in accordance with the law. We remind you that we are subject to a tourist tax of €1.00 per person which will be added to the cost of the overnight stay.
  • Since it is a tourist rental, this structure cannot provide food for which breakfast is not provided and the rearrangement and cleaning of the room is also not provided for during your stay. We are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the rooms upon your arrival and departure and you will be provided with only one weekly change of linen such as sheets and towels. The kitchen must be delivered at the end of the stay clean and with washed dishes: otherwise you will be charged an accessory cost for cleaning it of € 50.00.
  • We are not responsible for personal items and valuables left unattended both inside and outside the room.
  • Use the toilet facilities correctly, avoiding throwing anything other than toilet paper in the appropriate bins.

  • It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the little prince's house, while it is possible to do so on the pertinent balconies or patios using the special ashtrays and paying the utmost attention to switch them off.

  • Guests will have to moderate the volume of the TV and conversations; it is recommended to avoid disturbing noises of any kind and to respect silence from 21.00 in the evening to 07.00 in the morning.

  • It is very important to make sure that the manor gate is always tightly closed.

  • It is forbidden to bring any type of animal into the rented homes;

  • Entry is not allowed to people other than those registered and parties of any kind are not allowed;

  • Guests are requested to treat with respect what is made available to them. Improper use of the equipment and any damage, of course, must be compensated.

  • It is mandatory to pay attention to switch off all domestic utilities, switch off the lights, television, air conditioner and other systems before going to sleep or leaving the house in order to avoid any fires or unpleasant inconveniences.

  • Before departure, guests are obliged to return the keys to the property directly to the owner in order to check-out.
